A combination of strength training and cardiovascular exercise is ideal for PCOS. It can help improve insulin sensitivity, support hormone balance, and improve overall health.
Initial consultations are $145 (60mins), and follow-up sessions are $120 (45mins).
Yes. If you have the appropriate extras cover, you may be able to claim part of your session through your private health fund. We recommend checking directly with your provider.
Sessions are tailored to you and may include strength exercises, mobility work, and guided progressions based on your goals and stage of life. Everything is designed to be safe, effective, and achievable.
We offer both 1:1 sessions and small group options, depending on your needs and goals.
