What a typical class looks like
Each class runs for 45–60 minutes and includes:
- Strength work for muscle and bone
- Bone specific loading exercises
- Balance and stability training
- Clear guidance on sets and reps
All in a small, supportive group.

At Active Answers Health, these classes are led by exercise physiologists and focus on safe, evidence-based exercises for osteoporosis, osteopenia, and long-term strength.

Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 ladies, so you receive individual attention and personalised guidance.

We meet you at your current level and guide you through each exercise, so you feel confident and supported from your first session.
Yes, you may be eligible to claim a rebate through your private health fund, depending on your level of cover.

Classes are $40 per session.
