Yes. This class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. Sophia provides options so you can work at a level that feels right for you.

It is a mix of both. The class has a strength-focused approach, while also using breathwork and mindful movement to help you feel calmer and more regulated.

Not at all. The class is designed to help improve mobility and movement over time.


Bring comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and a yoga mat. If you do not have a mat just let us know, we have a few available for use.

Classes are $35 per session.
