Improve Golf Strength 

Our classes are designed to improve your strength to help increase your golf game. 

Increased strength has shown to increase hitting distance as well as reducing fatigue so you can maintain your best form throughout the full round. 

Improve Golf Mobility 

We focus on your mobility, keeping your swing fluid and relaxed. 

A common reason a lot of players suffer injuries is due to stiffness in their hips, spine and shoulders. 

Injury Prevention

Building strength, mobility and having the management strategies in place is the key to preventing injuries. 

Golf Fit classes will not only build up your strength, increase your mobility, but also give you the knowledge and tools to stay injury free. 


Matt leads our Golf Exercise and Performance Group Class. These classes are designed to improve overall golf fitness (mobility, balance, strength, and power) with safe, effective, and evidence-based exercise programs for players of all ages, and fitness levels. Golfers will benefit the most from a healthy and efficient body.

Group Exercise is claimable through private health fund as long as you have extras cover. WorkCover, DVA and EPC plans can also fund exercises classes
