A common reason a lot of players suffer injuries is due to stiffness in their hips, spine and shoulders.
Building strength, mobility and having the management strategies in place is the key to preventing injuries.
Golf Fit classes will not only build up your strength, increase your mobility, but also give you the knowledge and tools to stay injury free.

Private Health Rebates
Group Exercise is claimable through private health fund as long as you have extras cover. WorkCover, DVA and EPC plans can also fund exercises classes
