Rowan is an APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with extensive experience working at the highest levels of sport while helping people from all walks of life get back to what they love. Currently serving as Head Physiotherapist for the NSW Waratahs Academy, Rowan has worked with professional and semi-professional athletes across rugby, basketball, soccer, athletics, and beyond.
With postgraduate qualifications in Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy and years of hands-on experience, Rowan specialises in guiding patients through complex rehabilitation, from early recovery to return-to-performance. His approach combines elite sports principles with individualised, practical treatment tailored to each person—whether that’s an athlete striving for peak performance, or someone simply wanting to stay active, pain-free, and confident in daily life.
A keen ultra-distance runner himself, Rowan brings a particular interest and lived experience in running-related injuries, long-term rehab, and strength programming.
