Pain and Exercise Diary

Tracking pain levels

Click for Pain Diary

Knowing your pain level and how it is affected by exercise is crucial in getting over your injuries and back feeling pain free.

Important to know that pain can come on during exercise or anywhere up to 24hours after activity.

HOW TO USE THIS DIARY:

  • Keep a score of your pain level /10 (10 being the worst pain you have ever experienced)

  • Score this pain level at the same time everyday - Best to do this first thing in the morning

  • Write down all the exercise and activity you have done that day - The more in-depth the more accurate we can be with exercise prescription

  • Eg, Physio exercises, 15min walk with the dog, 9 holes of golf, 45min shopping, etc.

Feel free to send this diary to us at the end of the week. This will help us better guide your treatment and get you back to your exercise pain free.

You can send the completed diary straight to our email - contact details here
