Morag is a Scottish sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapist, graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2007 and completing her postgraduate Masters in Sports Physiotherapy in 2021. She has worked for both the National Health Service in the UK and for private practices in Scotland, Canada and regional Victoria. Most recently, she worked as an Advanced Physiotherapy practitioner in GP practices prior to relocating to Sydney with her husband and two children.
Morag has worked as lead physiotherapist for national U21 and U17 volleyball and netball teams, as well as providing physiotherapy support to premier league women's soccer, high performance university athletes and for musicians too. She is also a former international netballer, competing in two world championships for Scotland. She played against Liz Ellis and Mo'onia Gerrard and even managed to score a few goals - sadly not as many as Australia did!
Morag has extensive experience treating all kinds of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, and particularly enjoys treating back/hip related pain, occupational health related issues, neck pain/cervicogenic headache and ankle pain. She also enjoys working with Masters level athletes and those with degenerative conditions and likes to get to know her patients to ensure optimal and achievable management plans are provided.
