TPI Assessment and Strength Programs
Part of Matt’s work with TPI involves assessing how your body and your swing are connected. TPI has spent almost two decades studying the Body-Swing Connection™, which looks at how physical limitations can impact a golfer’s swing efficiency and overall performance.
With 20 years of work, comes 20 years of data, from weekend golfers to PGA professionals, we can compare you to age-related norms or pros on tour. TPI screens involve an assessment of swing mechanics and biomechanics, physical fitness, movement quality, current health and client history. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer.

VALD Performance
We have teamed up with VALD Performance to provide a greater in-depth force and movement analysis for golfers, to analyse physical performance data, to provide advanced testing for precise training insights, to allow informed and evidence-based programming.
Matt uses Force Decks (Dual Force Plate System) and DynaMo (hand held strength and ROM).

Follow Up Golf Conditioning Sessions
Matt provides 1-on-1 personalised exercise physiology and exercise science training sessions and home programming focused on achieving your specific golfing goals.
These sessions use the results of your initial assessment to progress your strength and conditioning and golf game.
