James is a passionate physiotherapist with a strong clinical focus on musculoskeletal injuries, injury prevention, sports performance, men’s health, and occupational health. He takes a holistic approach to care, integrating manual therapy and dry needling with tailored strength and conditioning programs. As a Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, James combines hands-on techniques with exercise-based rehabilitation to help his clients achieve lasting results.
He holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, bringing a well-rounded, evidence-based perspective to his practice. James is committed to supporting men through sensitive and often under-discussed health challenges, blending clinical expertise with empathy and discretion. He is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency and is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Outside of work, James enjoys triathlon training, playing basketball, trail running, and travelling to explore new places and cultures. James has lived abroad in Canada and China, he is fluent in Mandarin.
